Try the engine from your assistant.
Add the CivilQuants MCP server to your LLM client and put six parametric assemblies through their paces — dimensioned drawing plus quantified bill — before you buy. No signup, 10 calls a day.
Open it on a colleague's machine if they want to try the engine. Same source of truth as the browser workspace.
§ 01 · What the free tier includes
Six parametric assemblies
The six free-tier assemblies below, plus two free site tools (plant productivity and aggregate conversions). The 40 paid assemblies stay behind a subscription.
10 calls per day, per IP
No signup. The free tier is rate-limited to 10 MCP calls per day per IP address so you can evaluate the engine before buying.
Watermarked, locked Excel
Free-tier Excel renders MMHW with a watermark and locked rate/amount columns — and still shows the full per-row audit derivation. The dimensioned drawing is on-screen; downloadable PDF and DXF, clean Excel, and the other three standards are paid-tier.
Evaluation use only
The free tier is for evaluating the engine, measured to MMHW. Outputs are computational estimates implementing MMHW methodology to support professional QS judgement — rates supplied by you. CESMM4, NRM 2 and SMM7 unlock on a paid tier.
§ 02 · Connect your client
Claude Desktop
One click registers the server. Claude Desktop opens and adds the CivilQuants MCP endpoint — no copy-paste, no Anthropic approval required.
Other clients
Any MCP-capable client connects to the same endpoint. Add it as a Streamable HTTP server:
https://api.civilquants.com/mcpTools, resources, and the full request/response shape are in the agent docs.
§ 03 · The six free assemblies
Open any one in the browser workspace40 more assemblies. Clean exports. Saved projects.
Paid tiers unlock the full 46-assembly catalogue, watermark-free PDF + Excel + DXF, and the project workspace.
